What are your candles made of?
All of our candles are handmade from 100% natural beeswax collected in our own apiary.
Do your candles have a scent?
Yes, they have a natural beeswax aroma - soft, cozy, reminiscent of honey and summer in the hive. No artificial fragrances or essential oils are used.
Why choose beeswax candles?
Beeswax candles are all-natural – they burn cleanly, do not emit harmful substances, purify the air and emit a soft, soothing light. They are a healthier and more environmentally friendly alternative to paraffin or synthetic wax candles.
How long do your candles burn?
Burning time depends on the size, shape and wick type of the candle, as well as environmental conditions.
We indicate the approximate burning time in the description of each candle .
Why do some candles have a white coating on the surface?
This is a completely natural phenomenon called beeswax “blooming.” It occurs when natural substances are released on the surface of the wax. This indicates that the candle is 100% natural.
Do candles smoke?
Properly maintained beeswax candles do not emit smoke. We recommend trimming the wick to approximately 5 mm before each lighting.
What is the best way to care for candles?
Trim the wick to keep the flame calm. Do not burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time to allow the wax to melt evenly. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
How to light a candle correctly?
Before lighting, shorten the wick to ~5 mm. Light it and wait until the top layer of wax melts evenly - this will avoid the "tunnel" effect.
Orders and delivery
How long does it take to prepare an order?
Each candle is prepared and packaged by hand, so preparation may take 1-3 business days.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery in Lithuania usually takes 1-3 business days from dispatch.
Do you ship abroad?
We currently only ship within Lithuania, but we plan to start shipping abroad soon.
How much does delivery cost?
The shipping cost depends on the shipping method you choose. You can see the exact prices here.
Is it possible to pick up the order live?
We don't have a physical pickup location yet, but we pack everything carefully and ship it directly to you.
Is it possible to order a personal set or more units?
Yes, for individual orders (for example, gift sets or larger quantities), please contact us by email - we will be happy to coordinate the details.
